Adoptables & Commissions
By bidding, offering, or sending money through paypal, you are accepting these TOS. Failure to abide by these TOS will cause you to be blacklisted from further requests. It is your responsibility to read through these TOS and make sure you accept these terms. Thank you.
General notice: chargebacks of any kind are not allowed and will get you blacklisted + a case will be filed with paypal.
Adoptables
1: Upon payment, the buyer is sent the unwatermarked image(s) of their character, they are the owner of the character, and they are allowed to make design changes.
2: Do not resell the adoptable for more than the price it was bought for. You may resell it for more if significant additional art is added.
3: You are not allowed to claim to be the character's original creator, claim to be the artist of the image, or use the artwork you received commercially.
4: There are no refunds for adoptable purchases.
5: Failure to pay in 48 hours of winning an auction or having your offer be accepted and the character will go back up for sale.
6: Anyone under 18 is prohibited from viewing or purchasing explicit adoptables. By accessing or purchasing these NSFW adopts you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
7: NFTs are never allowed of any of my work, period, nor is my work allowed to be put through any sort of AI.
Commissions
1: Payment is to be sent before work begins. After the payment is sent, there will be no refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission for one reason or another. Please allow sufficient time for me to complete the commission, and let me know if you are expecting it within a certain timeframe. I will be honest with you if I am unable to complete it for any reason.
2: I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, including if the request makes me uncomfortable.
3: Commission prices are estimations and will vary depending on how complex your character or request is. Turnaround time will also increase depending on the complexity of your request.
4: I will keep you updated with WIPs throughout the process to make sure you are satisfied with the direction it is going. It's your responsibility to make me aware of any changes you would like before the commission is complete and it's too late to make edits. I will try my best to make any edits you request but if significant edits are requested after the commission is complete there may be an additional fee.
5: I retain all rights to the art I create, including but not limited to: the right to post the artwork in my galleries and use it for self promotion. However, if you would like your commission to be private and not posted anywhere, please let me know beforehand.
6: You may not use the artwork I create commercially unless otherwise agreed upon, and you may not claim that you created the artwork. Personal use is OK.
